The long summer holidays are behind us again.

Parents everywhere are shopping for school shoes and uniforms, books and stationery. Preparing our offspring for the long year ahead is our main focus at this time.

If your child will be playing any form of contact sport you might want to add a professionally fitted mouth guard to that list too.
